Drigg & Carleton Annual Parish Meeting 2011
The Annual Parish Meeting for 2011 will be held 7pm Tues 3rd May in the village hall.
All parishioners are welcome. Please come along & share your views.

Parish Council Election May 2011
As there was only 6 nominations for the 8 seats, the 6 nominees were automatically elected.
The nominees were; John Jennings, Bob Williamson, Adrian Dalton, Jimmy Naylor, Keith Hitchen and Andy Pratt.
The 2 remaining posts were filled by co-option; Val de Gasperi and Rob Little
The Parish Council has a Clerk - Mr Dave Millington (24272) and a Finance Officer - Mr Alan Bell.

The council meet every 2nd Tuesday in the Month (except August)

Meeting starting time : 19:00

Meeting Location : Drigg and Carleton Parish Hall

Parishoners are welcome to attend.

If there is any topic any one would like discussed, they can have it placed on the agenda by contacting the Council Clerk the week before the meeting. The agenda for the next meeting is displayed on the Parish Notice Boards.

The current Parish Councillors are;
